This home in Tom’s River, NJ was one among many hit hard by superstorm Sandy. It had sustained extensive damage, and after consulting with the Mammoth staff and considering all of their options, the homeowners ultimately chose to tear it down completely and rebuild it.
Mammoth oversaw the demolition of the home. Demolition is more complicated than it may appear; we negotiated utility disconnects, capped the water and sewer lines, and handled all of the permitting before we began to demolish the structure. Once the structure was gone, Mammoth excavated and backfilled the foundation, grading the site and leaving it ready for final inspection by the township.
